PLAYING OUT OF AGE GRADE DISPENSATIONS:
You are asked to allow at least a week for these to be submitted to the GRFU Panel and for their responses to be returned to County Office. It is not always possible to give approval for the following weekend's matches. You are asked to use the correct form [click here] and to have had the player assessed by a minimum Level 2 Coach. The Club Safeguarding Officer should also have signed the form. You will be well advised to check GMS for the number of players registered as this has a bearing on the Panel's decision. Thank you
Please be sure to notify County Office of any changes to the published 2017-18 GRFU Handbook so that these can be included in the updates sent to Club Secretaries. These will also appear on this website under Org & Admin.
